Our providers offer flexible scheduling options and are available for daytime, afternoon and evening appointments. We do our best to offer same-day responses to inquiries received Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. & 9:00 p.m. (MT).

  • Do you offer direct billing?

    Yes! We offer direct billing for many major insurance providers, including Alberta Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada, CanadaLife, Manulife and more. Not sure if you’re covered? We can help check! Click here for the full list of insurers we direct bill to.

  • Is a doctor's note or referral required?

    Only if your specific insurance company or benefits provider requires one; otherwise, we accept self-referrals!

  • Do you offer online sessions?

    Yes! We provide secure, confidential online therapy for clients in Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. In-person sessions are available in Spruce Grove and West Edmonton.
