I have dedicated the last nine years to learning the art of creating supportive, well-organized environments where providers can give their best to their clients. My number one priority is ensuring both clients and providers feel supported from the moment they connect with us.

How I Got Here

Growing up in households impacted by mental health, I developed a strong interest in psychology and psychiatry from a young age. In 2017, I applied for a position at a mental health practice in Spruce Grove, never expecting in a million years that I’d get it. But, as luck would have it, I was welcomed with open arms into a wonderful practice. It was there that I spent eight years honing my operational skills and diving deep into the inner workings of the business.

While I didn’t pursue the path of becoming a practitioner, I discovered my niche in the operational work that allows practices to thrive and gives providers the space to do the real magic—therapy.

Community & Cultural Roots

I’m proud to be Métis, and I’m currently reclaiming that part of my identity in deeper ways. That journey has shaped how I think about care, access, and responsibility within this work.

Mental health doesn’t exist in isolation. It’s shaped by family, community, history and systems. Growing up around both mental health and cultural complexities gave me perspective; understanding community and intergenerational impact gave it depth.

It is important to me that connecting to services feels clear, supported, and free of unnecessary barriers. I believe connecting to care should feel steady, natural, safe and comfortable. Not something people have to brace themselves for.

What Drives Me

What keeps me going? A strong cup of coffee. It’s not just about managing the behind-the-scenes details (though I’ve got that covered). What truly drives me is helping people take the guesswork out of “where to start” when it comes to mental health care.

I talk to so many people who say, "I've never done this before. I don’t know what to expect." And I’m here to bridge that gap for you, making sure that finding support feels accessible and welcoming, not overwhelming.

I’ve seen firsthand how different things could have been for people in my own life if they had access to the right mental health resources, and that fuels my passion for breaking down stigmas and making mental health care as normal and approachable as any other type of healthcare.

My goal is to create a space where both clients and providers can focus on what really matters—healing, growing, and thriving—while I take care of the rest.

Let’s unravel the knots. We’re Welcoming New Clients.
