Individual Therapy in for Adults, Teens and Kids (7+)

Feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed?

You don’t have to untangle it all on your own. Individual therapy is a space to breathe, reflect, and get support—whether you’re sorting through day-to-day stress or deeper emotional patterns that keep showing up.

We work with real people navigating real-life challenges. No stuffy language. No judgment. Just compassionate, professional care from therapists who meet you where you’re at.

What is Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy is one-on-one support with a registered therapist. It’s your space to:

  • Talk about what’s going on in your world

  • Explore what’s beneath the surface

  • Learn tools to manage stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and more

  • Build confidence, self-awareness, and emotional regulation

  • Work through trauma, loss, or life transitions

Our therapists bring a variety of approaches to the table—CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy), trauma-informed care, and more. Sessions are always shaped around your needs, your goals, and your nervous system.Every session is tailored to you. We don’t do cookie-cutter treatment here.

Who’s it for?

We offer therapy for:

  • Adults who feel burnt out, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their next step

  • Teens navigating identity, relationships, school pressure, or anxiety

  • Kids (ages 7+) who may benefit from creative, activity-based approaches like art, games, or hands-on tools and a therapist who understands how big feelings can be in little nervous systems.

Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’ve been before, you’re welcome here.
